WARRANTY: 1-year labor warranty on all installation and repair work, 3-year parts warranty on all parts supplied. Does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, natural disasters, or external forces. Manufacturer warranties are separate.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT: Deposit due at signing, required before materials ordered or work scheduled. For custom/special-order doors, deposit reflects material costs. Balance due upon satisfactory completion. Accepted methods: Credit Card, Debit Card, Cash, Cash App, Zelle, or Square.
SCHEDULE: Services begin upon execution of contract and receipt of deposit. Work completed same day unless otherwise agreed in writing.
CANCELLATION: Either party may terminate with 3 business days written notice. If client cancels within 24 hours of scheduled service date, deposit is non-refundable. For same-day emergency repairs, no termination once work has commenced.
LIABILITY: Total liability limited to total contract price. Not responsible for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Both parties agree to seek mediation before legal action. If mediation fails, binding arbitration in Contra Costa County, California, per California law.
GENERAL: This contract is the entire agreement. Changes must be in writing signed by both parties. Governed by California law. Electronic signatures are legally binding under the U.S. ESIGN Act and California Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA). CA Contractor License #1113495.
